For the scrappy option, basic foundation piecing instructions are included as well - and would be a great project for someone wanting to try foundation paper piecing for the first time. Star Trails is a full color booklet style pattern that makes two sizes of quilt - Lap (50in x 67in) and Throw (60in x 75in).
